  • Anatomically shaped plate design for perfect fit to the humerus.
  • Proximal part of the plate with asymmetric design for save fixation of all dislocated 2, 3 and 4 fragment fractures.
  • Optimal screw hole positioning with 10 hole in the proximal and 3, 5, 7, 10, 12 or 14 screw hole in the distal part of the plate.
  • Easy wire fixation through 6 rounded drillings at the border area.
  • Option for either locking screws or standard screws.
  • Positioning of screws and the load sharing support of the plate result in excellent hold even in osteoporotic bone.
  • The special anodisationTyp II (Dotize®) of the implant surface reduces the affinity to cold welding between plate and screw which permits easier removal of the plate after fracture healing.
  • Option of minimal invasive implantation via aiming arm.

(For metal removal please use a standard small fragment Ø 2.5 mm hexagonal screwdriver.)
